Gift Certificates

- Providing gratuities to Mystic Waters Day Spa Professionals is at the guest’s discretion. We are committed as professionals to providing you with the highest level of service. Tips may be placed on credit card at time of cash out.
- Full payment is due at the time of service.
- Reservations for more than one service or a spa package will need to be secured with a credit card, debit card, or gift certificate number.
- All cancellations will need to be made 24 hours prior to your service during business hours.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your service or do not show, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s).
- We will charge your credit card or gift certificate if one is required at the time of making your reservation.
- We will add this charge to your next visit if you are not required to leave a credit card or gift certificate number.
- We ask that you show 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full time allotted time for the service you selected.
- If you are late for your appointment the duration of your service may be reduced.
- Spas are places of healing and sanctuary. This creates a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Cell phones and other such personal communication devices should not be used while inside MWDS.
- MWDS should not be attended by young guests unless they are receiving a service and then they need to be accompanied by an adult. We love children, but out of respect to others and so you can fully relax, please make arrangements for them while you are visiting our facility.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- MWDS is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Please leave do not bring valuable items to the spa with you. A private locker and key can be provided to you.
- For proper use of our facility please bring a robe, towel, sandals or slippers, and bathing suit with you to your appointment. Robes, towels, and slippers are available for guests receiving multiple treatments and/or using our spa facility.
- Guests suffering from a contagious infection such as influenza, STD, athlete’s foot, or women who are pregnant are prohibited from using the spa facility.
- We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
- Sexual advances, comments, or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.
- Each guest will complete an intake form prior to treatment. This ensures that treatments are healthy, safe, and enjoyable. Please do not be shy in expressing your specific needs.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- We are regularly updating the services that we offer and continually advancing our knowledge base; therefore, our menu will continue to change as we add new treatments.
